The "NO MENU: Experience", encourage the guests to taste and discern seasonal flavors without the guide of a menu thru a 5-Course dinner for an evening full of surprises. A small size salad, appetizer, 2-entrees, and dessert are part of the experience and description of each course is presented table side by the Chef himself (based on chef availability). Wine pairing is also suggested and available during the experience.
Table 427 started perfecting this concept early in 2015 and only a year later was getting remarkable reviews.... "You come in, you sit down, you are fed. The only thing you have to do is to tell the chef if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of; the rest is in the chef’s capable hands..."
